$14/ pintWhen it comes to our smoked meats we don’t skip a step! Gary has crafted our smoked meats from years of experimenting with flavors and techniques, and what has developed is delicious. We start by curing each cut in our special brine to give it a first layer of flavor. We then build a perfect balance through slow smoking with a mixture of hard woods, creating rich flavor and tender meats. And if you like a little “squeal” with your meal we will also be offering our tangy sauce.

Smoky Bones are a unique treat we created for our own dogs and now we want to share them with your best bud.
